Prescriptions can be sent to us through e-prescribe (search for Magnolia Pharmacy), by fax at (281) 356-9659, or by calling our dedicated prescriber line at (281) 356-5862. This line is reserved for providers and is answered Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm, and Saturday, 9am–2pm.
Yes. Our compounding pharmacists are here to collaborate with you. Whether you’re looking for guidance on ingredient options, dosing strategies, or have a challenging patient case, we’re happy to provide direct pharmacist-to-provider consultation.
Most compounded medications are ready for pickup or shipment within 24–48 hours.
Complex or highly personalized formulations may take a little longer to ensure accuracy and quality. If your patient has an urgent need, please let us know —we will always do our best to accommodate.

We offer complimentary shipping on all compounded medications. UPS is our preferred carrier, and most Texas addresses receive delivery within 1–2 business days of shipping. All shipments follow validated protocols to ensure stability and quality.
We are currently licensed to dispense and ship medications only within the state of
Texas.
Due to the individualized nature of compounded prescriptions, we are unable to bill insurance directly. However, we provide free universal claim forms containing all the necessary information for patients to submit to their insurance plan for potential reimbursement.

Magnolia Pharmacy compounds are prepared under USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines following all state and federal regulations, using ingredients from FDA-registered suppliers. Every prescription is verified for accuracy and quality before it leaves our pharmacy.
Yes. We can prepare medications without common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, dyes, or preservatives, depending on patient needs. Please specify any restrictions on the prescription, and our pharmacists will ensure the formulation meets those requirements.
